Finding Happiness in Healthcare

What I wish someone told me before I became a nurse practitioner

It's Nicole the NP Episode 44

I’ve been a nurse practitioner for over 8 years. And today I’m going to tell you what I wish someone told me before I became a nurse practitioner. This would have saved me so much headache, heartache, and helped me from thinking I made a mistake.

What that means for you is that you don’t have to wake up dreading your alarm clock. You don’t have to look at your patient schedule and feel overwhelmed and inadequate. You don’t have to reflect on your career decision and question whether you’re built for this or if you made the right decision for your life and future.

Because I felt all those things.
